Delete Your Account in the App

Open the Stunning Agent app, go to Account, then tap Delete account. You will be asked to confirm with the email address on your account. Deletion starts as soon as you confirm.

Delete Your Account on the Web

Sign in at stunning.so, open Settings, then go to the Danger zone — or go straight to /danger-zone. Enter the email address on your account and confirm; this starts the same deletion as in the app.

If You Have an Active Paid Subscription

If you are the only admin of a workspace with an active paid subscription, you need to cancel that subscription first. Sign in on the web, open Billing, and cancel the subscription there before deleting your account. If another admin shares the workspace, or the workspace has no active paid subscription, this step does not apply to you.

What We Delete

Deleting your account removes:

• •Your account and profile
• •Your legacy sites and related AI/marketing content
• •Your AI agents, including their conversations, memory, skills, secrets, schedules and channel links (such as WhatsApp or Telegram)
• •Recordings and transcripts of your calls with Layla
• •Your push notification tokens

Workspaces, and the projects and sites in them, are not deleted with your account, because other members may still use them. If you want a workspace's projects or sites removed, delete them before you delete your account, or contact us.

What We May Retain

Some records may be kept where the law requires it. For example, our payment processor keeps billing and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, even after your account is deleted.

Timing

Your account is removed immediately once you confirm deletion. Your AI agents and their data — conversations, memory, skills, secrets, schedules and channel links — are purged right after. This cannot be undone, and we cannot restore a deleted account.

Can't Sign In?

If you cannot sign in to delete your account yourself — for example, you have lost access to your email or device — contact us at [email protected] and we will verify you and complete the deletion.
